About Us

Dear Guest,
Thank you for visiting us. We are a family of fruit enthusiasts who live in Costa Rica and travel in South-East Asia and the Americas for rare fruits. We trade these seeds as the SeedPirates and bring them home to run our nursery in Costa Rica. You can follow us on Instagram: @fruithunternursery, @seedpirates and contact us through the mail link below.

Delivery
Our nursery is located at the San Isidro (PZ) area. We can deliver seedlings weekly to the San Isidro and Tinamaste markets. Individual delivery is possible based on the distance and size of order. We do not ship the plants.

The Fruit:
The villagers leave at 6 and head out to the mountains above. They return at 10 hiking on the steep pathways with 40 kgs of durians on their back. We ask for the Hill King and pop one open on the spot. Its deep yellow color and silky soft wrinkly surface is a good sign and the taste confirms the status. Its a balanced mix of sweetness, nutty, alcoholic and bitter tones. The size is big with plenty of flesh: one fruit is a decent meal for two even with our standards...
